Drug licence number and GST registration. We need both on file before a first dispatch, so it saves a round trip.

Adverse event reporting
An adverse event is any unwanted effect that follows the use of one of our products, whether or not anyone can prove the product caused it. If you or a patient notices one, we want to hear about it.
Write to drugsafety@symtriq.com, or use the enquiry form above and mention adverse event in your message. The report goes to the pharmacovigilance desk, and someone will come back to you if follow-up is needed.
